Luke AFB Well 12 Maintenance
Ambition Group LLC was awarded a U.S. Air Force contract for a heavy-duty deep well turbine pump overhaul and wellbore rehabilitation at Water Well 12, Luke Air Force Base, Arizona. The work restores the well's pumping equipment and capacity and returns it to service to Air Force and AWWA standards.
Scope of work
- Crane rigging, mobilization, and lockout/tagout safety coordination
- Extraction of the pump, motor, column pipe, and line shafting
- Surface motor rebuild and discharge head refurbishment
- Line shaft inspection and new pump bowl assembly
- Wellbore camera surveys, cleanout, and mechanical rehabilitation
- Reinstallation, alignment, vibration testing, disinfection, and commissioning
